Faith & Work Immersion: A NEW Intensive For Your Church

Are you looking for new ways to encourage your laity to channel their gospel changed lives into a missional mindset for their cities and communities?

We are excited to be launching TWO new courses this year:
Faith & Work Immersion and our upcoming course The Missional Disciple: Pursuing Mercy & Justice at Work (coming in Fall 2022).

Immersion is a robust 8-module course designed to explore God’s design for work and provide ways for lay leaders to push against areas of brokenness in their fields.

We are piloting this course for FREE (normally $29.99 per person) for any group who completes it by November, 30, 2022. Churches may also offer this course, facilitated by a pastor or lay leader, or you can gather a group of friends or colleagues.

Modules cover the following topics:

  • Your Work Matters: Developing A Basic Theology of Work

  • Calling Matters: Learning to Discern God's Presence and Purpose Right Now

  • Heart Matters: How People Change

  • Discipline Matters: Rhythms of Grace in the Workplace

  • Ethics Matter: Responding Justly in the Workplace

  • Relationships Matter: Honoring Relationships in the Workplace

  • Process Matters: Godly Excellence and Redemptive Operations

  • Culture Matters: Developing God's Vision for Your Industry

Each lesson requires 3-4 hours of assignments including:

  • An overview

  • A devotional

  • Theological readings, videos or articles

  • A case study

  • A short project

  • Reflection questions

The course can be run in an intensive 8-week format, a biweekly format or even a once a month format as best works for your context. You can preview the course HERE and participate in the pilot by emailing faithandwork@redeemercitytocity.com.

We are grateful for the work and partnership of an affiliate in South Asia who partnered with us to create this material.

Sincerely,
Missy Wallace & Lauren Gill
