HOW DOES THE GOSPEL CHANGE OUR WORK?
We are the Global Faith & Work Initiative
We see work as a primary context through which God can work in and through his people. We equip churches to disciple their congregants to embrace the Gospel’s impact on their work thus mobilizing them to be ambassadors for Christ who seek renewal in their cities through relationships and engagements with systems.
The gospel changes everything about Your work.
-
God uses our work to reveal our own personal brokenness and sin and to draw us into a deeper relationship with him. Faith and work is a key mechanism for discipleship.
-
Work is a context to love our neighbors. Our faith plays out at work in the ways we interact with our customers, our colleagues, our clients and even our competitors.
-
Christians should look for new and innovative ways to renew their industries and communities through work. We encourage our leaders to consider how God might be using education, the arts, finance, hospitality, healthcare, transportation, technology and all of the fields of a city to reveal his glory.
What we do
What would it look like if every Christian in your church saw their work as an opportunity to deepen their faith and serve God right where they are?
What if the call to love their neighbors started with the place they spend forty hours a week?
For too long, churches have focused discipleship efforts inside the building, missing the greatest opportunity for impact where members spend most of their time.

“If the God of the Bible exists, and there is a True Reality beneath and behind this one, and this life is not the only life, then every good endeavour, even the simplest ones, pursued in response to God's calling, can matter forever.”
